  • Do we need to make an appointment before visiting your showroom?
    No, you don’t. Our showroom is open Mondays to Sundays from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm.
  • Where is your furniture from?
    Our furniture is from South East Asia and directly from our own factories so as to keep manufacturing costs low, and our prices affordable.
  • Do you have a showroom? Can I buy items from the showroom?
    Yes, we have 4 showrooms! Our showrooms are open from Monday to Sunday, including most public holidays. The opening hours are 11:30 am – 9:00 pm. You may place orders directly in the showroom as well; our friendly sales team will assist you with any questions you have!
  • Does your furniture comes with warranty?
    All Items comes with at least 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Mattresses come with manufacturer’s warranty of between 1-15yrs. Some sofas come with 2 yrs warranty etc.
  • Can I self-collect the furniture?
    Unfortunately, we do not have self-collection services available at the moment. Sorry about that!
  • Can I customise a sofa or bedframe using different fabrics?
    Yes! Customisation options are available. You can choose from the wide range of options directly on the website. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our studio to check them out! We do have leather options as well! All customisations are made specially for you, therefore we do not accept cancellation or return of these items.
  • Can I customise the length of the sofa?
    Interesting! We’d love to hear from you to see how our products can improve. We do customize for some sofa products.
